POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing an entertaining atmosphere for guests while dealing Table Games according to the game rules of the particular game being played. Responsible for the overall conduct of the games according to the standard operating procedures set forth by the department and monitors the tables at all times to protect the profitability of their games. 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for dealing the table games in accordance with gaming standard operating procedures to  include the accurate shuffling of cards, dealing of hands,  calculating of payments and collections of wagers,  setting of hands,  and transacting cash and checks. 
Maintains an orderly table as well as an appropriate game speed in a courteous manner to maximize departmental profitability. 
Arrives at designated work station and/or relieves Table Games Dealers as directed by Table Games Leadership on time. 
Responsible for being at designated shift in full uniform, professionally presentable, and ready to perform.
 Knowledgeable of Rewards Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs and advocates and sells this information to guests. 
Greets all guests immediately with a polite, friendly and sincere welcome, offering to collect guests’ Rewards Club cards or complimentary enrollment into Rewards Club, using guests’ names when able. 
Remains calm and attentive, demonstrating professional behavior at all times towards guests and co-workers. 
Demonstrates eye contact on dead games with guests to encourage play; projects positive body language on live and dead games. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High school graduate, GED or equivalent preferred. 
TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Six months dealing experience with the ability to learn and deal all games proficiently, including poker.
Must be 18 or older.Â
