STARTING WAGE : $16.00 PER HOUR
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Hospitality Supervisor provides complimentary beverages and no host cocktails to the Casino’s guests and delivers and picks up room service orders in a expedient and efficient manner.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Include the following (other duties may be assigned):
 
Using the 5 Guest Service Standards for all Colusa Casino employees, this position requires the employee to: smile and greet; name and meet; listen and act; ask, ask, ask; and say goodbye and good luck.
 
Responsible for issued bank, making accurate change and depositing required funds at the end of the work shift
 
Takes customer’s beverage orders and gives to bartender. Places and rings guests into POS system. Collects funds from guests and delivers change.
 
Delivers room service orders in an expedient and efficient manner, makes any necessary change and picks up room service orders.
 
Follows the instructions from the Lead Hospitality Beverage Server.
 
Ensures that Casino guest chairs are positioned properly throughout the Casino.
 
Notifies EVS of areas in the Casino that require their attention.
 
Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
 
Interacts on a regular basis with the EVS and Restaurant employees.
 
Provides outstanding guest service.
 
Performs other general duties as directed by the F&B Management and the Hospitality Supervisor.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED.
 
TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Six months to one year sales experience preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
